Maria Vittoria Conti is a Nutritionist Biologist and Research Fellow at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition, Department of Public Health, Experimental and Forensic Medicine, University of Pavia. She holds an MSc and postgraduate degree in Nutrition Science. Her research addresses clinical nutrition and lifestyle medicine, with a focus on malnutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, childhood obesity, and diet-related non-communicable diseases, with particular attention to vulnerable populations. She also contributes to research on precision nutrition using omics approaches, integrating genomics, metabolomics, and microbiome data for personalized dietary strategies targeted at chronic disease prevention and healthy aging.
