Rachele De Giuseppe is an Assistant Professor at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition, Department of Public Health, Experimental and Forensic Medicine, University of Pavia. She holds an MSc and PhD in Public Health Nutrition and teaches Food Safety and Laboratory Medicine at Pavia’s Dietetics degree programs. Her research spans bariatric surgery nutrition, pediatric obesity, neurodegenerative disease dietary interventions, and the impact of environmental contaminants on infant gut microbiota. She is affiliated with the international Food NET project exploring nutritional strategies to preserve healthy aging, and has co-authored publications on multiple sclerosis and plant oil supplementation.
