Eugenio Caradonna is a cardiovascular surgeon and Past President of the Italian Society of Regenerative Medicine, currently serving as Senior Scientific Advisor at CDI Centro Diagnostico Italiano, Milan. He earned his MD from the Catholic University and a Master’s in Public Health from Bocconi University, and received surgical training in cardiovascular surgery in the Netherlands, becoming a Fellow of the University of Ontario. He previously served as Consultant and Deputy Scientific Director at Gemelli Molise, Catholic University (2007–2023). His research focuses on autologous stem cells derived from bone marrow for cardiovascular applications, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and novel biomarkers in regenerative medicine. He has published peer-reviewed work on precision regenerative medicine approaches.
