Rossella Nappi is Full Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Pavia, Chief of the Research Center for Reproductive Medicine, and Director of the Gynecological Endocrinology and Menopause Unit at IRCCS San Matteo Foundation, Pavia. A gynecologist, endocrinologist, and sexologist, she holds a PhD in Physiopathology of Reproduction and postgraduate training in sexology and endocrinology. She is current President of the International Menopause Society (IMS) and past president of the International Society for the Study of Women Sexual Health. Her research focuses on psychoneuroendocrinology of female reproductive and post-reproductive life, women’s sexual health, and hormone replacement therapy. She has published more than 350 scientific articles with over 21,000 citations.
